The Product Key is a 16 character alphanumeric code shown in four groups of four characters each (for example, GHR5-12DS-DSFG-5IK8). If you do not have one, after game registration, you will receive Product Key.

 

The HardwareID is a 12 character alphanumeric code (for example, 6C1CF25F-3192).

 

You must enter the same email address you used when you purchased the software.

If you forgot your email, please keep trying until you guess the correct email.

If your email has changed, notify support, and include your original email receipt (proof of purchase) with your request.
